Customer Service Administrator – Temp Ongoing (Potential Temp-to-Perm)

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact and handling enquiries with confidence

• Managing orders, quotes, and amendments across multiple systems

• Checking in on deliveries to gather feedback and keep customers happy

• Resolving order issues and suggesting alternative products

• Supporting sales by highlighting promotions and product ranges

• Collaborating with internal teams to keep service running smoothly

• Keeping accurate records and reviewing reports in SAP

• Providing general admin support where needed
