The role involves creating visual content and copy for marketing campaigns and other promotional materials. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Designer, you will support the marketing department by creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and marketing strategies. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to develop their design skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging graphics for mostly digital and some print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for online campaigns, such as animations and videos.
- Create engaging copy for B2B and B2C websites.
- Assist at events and trade shows.
- Support the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image across all design materials.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings, providing creative input and ideas.
- Work closely with other designers and marketers to ensure all design work aligns with campaign objectives.
- Prepare files for digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality in all output.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and marketing techniques to continually improve the quality of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work, particularly in marketing or advertising.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
