Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading South Yorkshire employer as they look to recruit an IT Project Support Administrator on an initial 18-month fixed term contract.

Hybrid role 2-3 days in the Doncaster office

As IT Project Administrator, you will be an essential part of our clients dynamic IT Project team, working on the implementation and roll out of a new key business system.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure the project is executed efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks related to IT projects, including document management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project records
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress, and report on key project metrics
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring effective communication and alignment
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure projects stay on course
  • We are keen to speak with PMO’s / Project Administrators with the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Previous experience in project administration or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
