To assist in their planned growth, they are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead and inspire their internal sales teams across two UK sites.
The role
- As Internal Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the sales and service strategy, driving performance, and supporting customer satisfaction.
- Based across two sites, you’ll manage a dedicated team of internal sales professionals, ensuring high levels of motivation, efficiency, and commercial success.
- Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team across both sites.
- Monitor and drive KPIs and sales targets to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Collaborate with external sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support quoting, order processing, and customer relationship management.
- Identify training needs and deliver continuous development opportunities for the team.
- Champion CRM usage and data integrity to support business intelligence and planning.
