You’ll work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards of service and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including multi-site clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Overseeing service delivery from job creation through to completion and financial close
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional or enhanced services
  • Producing clear, high-quality technical and commercial reports
  • Supporting account growth alongside the Business Development team
  • Coordinating smaller projects, pricing, and quotations
  • Handling client queries and issues professionally and proactively
  • Visiting client sites across the UK to build strong working relationships
  • Supporting emergency response activity when required

Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:

  • Full UK Driver's Licence
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service
  • Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
