Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with Severfield, the largest specialist structural steelwork Group in the UK, with the appointment of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team in the group’s Nuclear and Infrastructure division, working for a business which prides itself on quality and innovation, with unrivalled expertise in critical infrastructure projects.
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be working on high value and critical projects, building relationships with a range of high-profile clients which service the nuclear and infrastructure sectors.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Work as part of a team on nuclear and infrastructure projects
- Managing variations and changes with customers
- Working as part of an experienced commercial team
- Developing relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful, profitable outcomes
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will need:
- Previous experience working in a QS role
- Construction industry experience
- JCT Contracts experience
- Experience of NEC
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence
