About the Role: Elevation HR are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support one of our clients through a key period of change and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a sharp balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery. You'll drive improvements across processes, performance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
- Deliver operational hiring needs while improving speed, quality, and consistency of recruitment processes.
- Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable progress.
- Use data and analytics to drive performance and support decision-making.
- Improve and streamline recruitment processes, tools, and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring plans and workforce strategy.
