Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Company who are now looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 11 weeks. We are looking for a confident HR Advisor to support a large-scale temporary site closure programme, working closely with HRBPs and a wider transformation team. This is a hands-on role which will report into the People Lead.
As a HR Advisor you will:
- Lead and support employee consultations relating to a temporary site closure
- Conduct high-volume 1:1 consultations and provide clear, consistent advice to employees throughout the consultation process
- Support the movement of alternative sites, ensuring people impacts are managed effectively
- Work closely with the Transformation team and HRBPs to deliver a smooth and compliant process
- Manage and support employees across two different contractual arrangements
- Create and maintain FAQs and guidance materials to support advisors and ensure consistent messaging
To be successful in this role as a HR Advisor, you will:
- Have proven experience supporting consultations, change or transformation activity
- Be confident handling high volumes of employee queries and sensitive conversations
- Be immediately available or have a short notice period
