Elevation HR are urgently seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month assignment with one of our established clients based in West Yorkshire. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role supporting managers, directors, and employees across multiple sites throughout the North of England. The ideal candidate will be based in the West Yorkshire/South Yorkshire area for easy access to sites.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to deliver pragmatic HR support, drive people initiatives, and provide commercially focused HR partnering in a fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid working, with approximately 2 days per week onsite which will include regular travel across regional sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR partnering support to managers and directors across a range of people matters.
  • Lead on employee relations activity, including complex case management and coaching managers through processes.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve workforce performance and culture.
  • Use HR data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
