The successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function, providing technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership during an important period of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function across multiple entities, setting direction and keeping financials on track.
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing statutory accounts.
- Ensure the business meets regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
- Provide insight on financial performance, commercial decisions, treasury, and key projects.
- Manage and support the finance team, encouraging collaboration and growth.
- Improve processes and systems to make financial reporting faster and more accurate.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive senior finance experience.
