Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a great business in Wakefield who're looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the team for a period of 12 Months. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys getting out into the business, influencing non-finance teams and turning numbers into something meaningful.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders across operations, sales and commercial teams
- Providing clear insight on performance, trends and opportunities
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and longer term planning
- Delivering MI and dashboards that actually add value
- Producing clear, concise commentary to explain performance and key movements
- Challenging and supporting decision making to improve profitability
- Leading on variance analysis and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Improving reporting, processes and systems
