Finance Business PartnerLocation: Leeds – HybridContract: 12 Month Fixed Term ContractSalary: Up to £55,000
Are you a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen looking to make a real impact? This Finance Business Partner role offers the opportunity to influence decision making, support growth and improvement initiatives, and build strong relationships across a large and complex organisation.
The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge and guidance. You will lead on financial planning and reporting for your business areas, support strategic delivery and help drive performance. Key responsibilities include:

Providing financial and commercial insight to business leaders to support effective decision making

Preparing financial models, business cases and scenario plans to inform strategy and improve performance

Leading financial planning, forecasting and analysis for your business area

Delivering clear and meaningful reporting for non-finance stakeholders

Coaching and developing a small team to ensure high performance
The Person
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who brings:

A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Proven experience in a finance business partnering role

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence, challenge and negotiate

Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful business insight

Line management experience with a focus on coaching and development
It would be an advantage if you have experience in the regulated social housing sector, though this is not essential.
