Job Description

Interim Billing & Revenue Manager 3-6 Months FTC £65k-£75k Immediate Start Required Sheffield – Hybrid working Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading Sheffield-based organisation to recruit a Billing & Revenue Manager. This interim role will play a key part in supporting the business through a period of change and growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and develop a small team, providing training, mentoring, and regular reviews of work.
  • Oversee day-to-day billing operations
  • Reconcile revenue streams and support month-end close processes.
  • Ensure invoices are correct, compliant, and issued on schedule
  • Manage contract renewals and adapt processes to suit varied customer needs.
  • Monitor aged debt and support credit control activities where needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audit requirements.
  • Drive efficiency by identifying improvements and introducing automation.
  • Act as the main point of contact across teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows.
  • Produce accurate reporting and analysis to support financial decision-making.

  • Strong track record in billing, invoicing, or credit control.
  • Experience with revenue reconciliation and supporting finance processes.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
