UK Indirect Tax ManagerLocation: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)Salary: Β£65,000 – Β£70,000 + Benefits

An established, global professional services business is seeking a UK Indirect Tax Manager to lead its UK indirect tax advisory and compliance. This is a newly created role, offering autonomy and variety, working alongside senior finance leadership and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide VAT and indirect tax advisory to UK business units, including cross-border transactions and contracting scenarios

  • Manage UK VAT compliance and returns

  • Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the business

  • Support indirect tax risk management and maintain robust controls

  • Train and advise internal stakeholders on tax-related matters

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in UK VAT and indirect tax, ideally including CIS

  • Background in professional services or large corporate environments desirable

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • ERP systems experience (Dynamics, Oracle, SAP)

  • Relevant professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) or substantial experience
