Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division is partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Group HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis in the Ilkley / Keighley area. This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting the whole Group and would suit someone who is operating as a HR generalist who thrives on variety, HR administration and payroll within a fast-paced HR function.

Key responsibilities
- You’ll be the go-to support for managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR advice
- Coordinating accurate payroll and pension inputs
- Guiding managers through absence, performance and wider ER matters
- Support recruitment activity, own the onboarding/offboarding cycle
- Maintain HR systems, ensuring records are accurate and compliant
- You’ll play a key role in group-wide engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Support the Head of HR and ensure seamless service delivery
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD qualified or working towards this
- Confident handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Good working knowledge of payroll processing
- Strong IT capability: Sage Payroll experience is a real advantage
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering is desirable, but not essential
