This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hygiene professional to step into a lead position, taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and team performance within a fast-paced production environment.
The Role:
Reporting into the Hygiene Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the site meets strict hygiene, GMP, and audit standards, while leading and supporting a team of Hygiene Operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of hygiene operatives on shift, acting as the first point of contact
- Ensure the site is cleaned in line with daily and deep cleaning schedules
- Maintain high standards of health
