Are you an experienced HR Shared Services leader who enjoys improving processes just as much as leading people? Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a global professional services business in the search for an HR Shared Services Manager to oversee their shared services function across Europe, while helping build a scalable model to support continued growth across the Middle East and Africa.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how HR services are delivered across multiple regions, ensuring teams, systems and processes operate effectively and continue evolving as the business grows.

Reporting into senior HR leadership, you’ll take ownership of the HR Operations function, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service is delivered across the employee lifecycle. You’ll lead an established team, drive operational improvements, and work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance and the wider business.

Duties will also include:

  • Leading and developing a collaborative HR Operations team across multiple locations
  • Managing day-to-day HR service delivery across Europe
  • Supporting the development of a scalable HR Operations model for future MEA growth
  • Driving process improvement, standardisation, and operational efficiencies
  • Working closely with HR systems (Workday) and technology teams to enhance workflows and employee self-service capability
  • Monitoring performance through KPIs and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Managing key operational activity including payroll oversight and vendor relationships
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across international teams

We’re keen to speak with HR Shared Services professionals who have experience operating within a complex, multi-country environment and who enjoy balancing strategic oversight with operational delivery. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience leading HR Shared Services or HR Operations teams, ideally within an international business
  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery and process improvement
  • Exposure to UK payroll processes and vendor-managed environments
  • Confidence working with HR systems, ideally Workday
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for improving ways of working
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
