Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Leeds based Charity, seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis. Offering a flexible working pattern, this HR Advisor role will take the lead on policy updates and process improvement across the charity whilst reporting into the HR Director.
As a HR Policy Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with current employment legislation and best practice
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to embed updated policies into day-to-day practices and training materials
- Monitor changes in employment law and proactively recommend policy updates or process improvements
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure HR policies are aligned with business objectives and operational needs
- Ensure consistent application and understanding of HR policies across the organisation
- Support managers with policy interpretation and provide guidance on compliance-related queries
