Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to partner with a global manufacturing business based in Dewsbury as they look to appoint a HR Generalist / Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a truly generalist role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. Working within a strategically focussed HR Team, you will be reporting into the HR Manager and supporting exciting projects as well as day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage offers of employment and the induction process including references and medicals
  • Onboard new starters and support the recruitment and selection process
  • Offboard leavers and conduct exit interviews
  • Carry out investigation meetings and disciplinaries in line with the absence management policy
  • Support with employee engagement focus groups
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives for the site
  • Support line managers with annual performance reviews
  • Develop and deliver HR related training to managers
  • Conduct and analyse absence management reporting and communicate trends to managers

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this with experience of managing low level ER cases or absence management and have worked in similar industries such as FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
