Elevation HR are currently working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a HR Assistant for a fantastic leading SME based in Chesterfield.

This is a great role for a HR Administrator looking to gain further exposure and develop their HR career. As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new starters by preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and completing right to work and reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
- Assist with recruitment by advertising roles and coordinating interviews
- Schedule new employee inductions
- Administer employee changes such as promotions, leavers and transfers
- Acting as first line of support for line managers
- Supporting the wider HR teams with note-taking in ER meetings
The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and have great organisational skills and be able to speak with stakeholders at different levels.
