Job Description

HR Advisor

£34,000 – £367,00

Bradford – Onsite

Elevation HR are looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to support a logistics and manufacturing operations. You'll be the go-to person for managers and employees, handling everything from employee relations cases to recruitment, while keeping them compliant and their people engaged.

This is a fast-paced, operational role where you'll make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and organisational change projects
  • Coach managers on people management and HR best practices
  • Keep policies up to date and ensure compliance with employment law
  • Deliver training and upskill managers
  • Deliver HR metrics and reports to drive decision-making

What We Need

  • Able to work in a fast-paced ever changing environment
  • Proven track record handling some ER cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility quickly
  • Confident decision-maker who can juggle priorities in a busy environment
