This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting an exciting challenge in a fast-paced, global business with a strong focus on ER case management. Benefits include: Fantastic career development – Great opportunity for a Senior HR Assistant 20 Days Annual Leave plus Bank holidays Discounted Gym Membership Retail Discounts As a HR ER Advisor , your responsibilities shall include: Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures Supporting line managers in all areas of ER including absence reviews, performance management, investigations and disciplinaries through advising and note taking Supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) through the provision of generalist, proactive support on a range of employee relations issues Creating a positive employee relations approach; supporting, coaching and upskilling Managers Supporting with redundancy consultation processes and TUPE when necessary. This fully onsite role would also suit a junior candidate who is looking to elevate their career as the client offers lots of support and development, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR and who is comfortable advising on employment law and processes.
