People Advisor – 18-Month Fixed Term Contract

📍 Sheffield | 37.5 hours per week | Competitive Salary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading organisation on an exciting transformation and seeking a People Advisor to provide HR support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and engagement. This is an 18-month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for HR queries
• Support employee relations processes
• Assist with recruitment & onboarding
• Advise on performance reviews & training
• Drive engagement & improve HR processes

What We’re Looking For:

• CIPD Level 5 (or above)
• Experience in HR support & recruitment
• Experience within shared / central services is a must
• Strong organisational skills & HR systems proficiency
