This is a truly generalist role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Working within a strategically focused HR team, you will report to the HR Manager and support exciting projects as well as day‑to‑day HR operations. As an HR Advisor, these responsibilities include:
- Onboard new starters and support the recruitment and selection process
 - Off‑board leavers and conduct exit interviews
 - Carry out investigation meetings and disciplinaries in line with the absence management policy
 - Manage offers of employment and the induction process, including references and medicals
 - Support employee engagement focus groups
 - Lead wellbeing initiatives for the site
 - Support line managers with annual performance reviews
 - Develop and deliver HR‑related training to managers
 - Conduct and analyse absence management reporting and communicate trends to managers
 
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working toward this qualification, with experience in managing low‑level ER cases or absence management, and having worked in an industry such as FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics.
