Elevation HR are currently recruiting a HR Advisor for a high growing, fast moving, multi channel company based in Leicester on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role reflects the growth and success of the business and will operate as part of the wider HR operational team but act as a standalone onsite role.You’ll be the go-to HR expert on site, operating in a fast-paced, reactive environment where no two days look the same. This is a hands-on, generalist role managing the full employee life cycle, as a HR Advisor, your role will involve:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters, providing expert, timely advice to managers across the site
  • Manage a varied ER caseload from start to finish, including complex cases
  • Support recruitment activity and oversee the preparation of contracts and onboarding processes
  • Deliver training to managers on ER topics, building confidence and capability across the business
  • Lead and support consultations, including changes to terms & conditions and collective processes
  • Supporting with organisational change, including supporting merger and acquisition activity
  • Occasional quarterly travel to other sites if and when required
