HR Advisor – Full Time Permanent
Location | Barton Upon Humber
Salary | £35,800 plus c£2,000 pa bonus
Elevation HR are currently recruiting an ER focused HR Advisor; this is a key role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture. In this position, the successful candidate will act as the primary HR contact for designated business areas, supporting managers, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, practical advice to managers on HR policies and a wide range of complex ER cases / people matters
- Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including conduct, performance, attendance, and grievance issues
- Support the review, development, and implementation of updated HR policies
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- Deliver coaching and guidance to strengthen people-management capability
- Support the development of junior members of the HR team
- Work flexibly to meet the evolving needs of the business
Elevation HR are keen to speak with candidates that have demonstrable experience in the above areas and meet the outlined requirements below.
- Demonstrable HR experience, particularly handing volume and complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to Manufacturing or FMCG settings considered advantageous
- Holds or is working towards CIPD Level 5 (desirable but not essential)
- Communicates confidently, clearly, and professionally
- Is highly organised, accurate and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrates a calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Is comfortable travelling between business sites as required
