Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are currently working with an industry leading manufacturing company based in Louth who are looking for a HR Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and development.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding including:
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the business
- Administer offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews and handling documentation related to employee departures
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both in physical files and electronic databases
- Generate employment-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
- Support with payroll in absence of the Payroll Specialist
