Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing and fast-paced organisation, based in Hull. This is a key role within the finance function, responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, effective credit control, and strong cash flow management.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer you will:
- Raise and issue accurate sales invoices in a timely manner
- Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor aged debt and actively follow up on overdue balances
- Carry out credit control activities in line with policies
- Resolve invoice and payment queries efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
- Support month-end processes related to receivables
- Assist with bank reconciliations where required
- Prepare reports on outstanding debt and cash collection
- Liaise with customers regarding invoices and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Support audit processes with accurate documentation
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Experience in accounts receivable or finance administration
- Strong understanding of invoicing, payment allocation, and credit control
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
