Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a successful Engineering Business based in Huddersfield as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this role will join an established People team and be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business to coach and advise on HR related issues for this growing and thriving manufacturing and engineering business including:

  • Managing a high volume of employee relations casework advising managers on employment law
  • Coaching and guiding managers on HR policies, processes and embedding best practice across the business
  • Supporting apprentice performance reviews and development conversations
  • Supporting the wider team with recruitment and interviews

The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or above, preferably in an FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics/Distribution environment
  • Be immediately available and live within West Yorkshire
