As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR function and employee life cycle including:
- Coaching and guiding the management team on employment law and HR issues
- Managing an ER caseload and advising on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and sickness
- Design and deliver training and development initiatives aligned to business goals, maintaining training records, identifying skills gaps, and supporting management capability
- Supporting managers with recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and selection
- Maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures
- Co-ordinating all internal and external training
