This is a great role for a HR Administrator looking to gain further exposure and develop their HR career. As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for: Assist with recruitment by advertising roles and coordinate interviews Administer employee changes such as promotions, leavers and transfers Monitor employee absence and short and long term sick leave Support with project work such as digitalising paper records and TUPE transfers The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and ideally hold or be working towards their CIPD qualification.
