Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working exclusively with an organisation based in Doncaster as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basic.

This is a newly created role which will report into the HR Manager which truly reflects the exciting plans that this organisation has in the pipeline. Operating as a true generalist you will have the opportunity to contribute the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally supporting a headcount of c200.

As a HR Advisor you will be dealing with day to day employee relations issues, recruitment, overseeing the employee life cycle and project work.

As a HR advisor, your role will include:

  • Coaching and advising on day to day ER cases including sickness absence and performance management
  • Supporting the HR Manager will complex cases and acting as the note-taker
  • Assisting with recruitment including selection and onboarding
  • Ensuring new starters compliance is upheld
  • Supporting the HR team with projects
  • Reviewing and revising policies and procedures

  • Experience in basic Employee Relations
  • Broad HR Generalist Experience
  • Ideally working towards CIPD Level 5
  • Experience within local authority, public sector, NHS or education sectors
