Reporting to the senior HR leadership, this role is key to supporting managers on all aspects of HR, delivering the HR strategy and ensuring high-impact HR support across the business both in the UK and EMEA – this would a super opportunity for someone looking to broaden your HR exposure. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted HR advisor, building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders Partner with leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned to business strategy Support delivery of EMEA HR strategy in collaboration with HRBP, Talent, and HR Operations Lead on employee relations cases, including investigations and absence/long-term sickness management Use HR analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in performance, attrition, and absence Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to improve hiring outcomes Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development Promote HR best practice and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation Deliver inductions and support continuous improvement of HR processes Coach and support junior HR team members About You: Solid HR experience in a fast-paced environment Strong ER knowledge and commercial approach Confident influencing and stakeholder management skills CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused If the role is of interest and your skills align, please apply today.
