Elevation Recruitment Group's Business Support division are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is looking to develop their HR career within a busy, supportive team. The business is currently undergoing an exciting HR transformation, including the implementation of new systems and processes, making this a fantastic time to join.
Working within a centralised HR function, you'll support the wider HR team and HR Business Partners with a broad range of employee lifecycle administration, recruitment coordination, absence management and HR systems administration.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting recruitment activity including interview coordination, issuing offers and contracts, onboarding administration and pre-employment checks
- Managing and maintaining HR systems
- Supporting absence management processes, maintaining records, monitoring documentation and producing reports
- Administering employee lifecycle activities including starters, leavers, probation reviews and contractual changes
