Marketing Recruitment Specialist at Elevation Recruitment Group
Role: Head of Marketing-Chesterfield
Salary: up to ÂŁ64,000K per annum DOE
Hours: 08:30am- 5pm Monday- Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday
- Holidays – up to a maximum of 30 + BH
- Base – 20 for Marketing
- Bonus holidays –will be awarded additional 5 days if full attendance in previous year, 4 if 1 day off, 3 if 2 off etc (re-calculated each year)
- Service days –will benefit from an additional holiday day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 5
- Sick pay – after completion of 6 month probation period

- Hybrid working policy (WFH on Thursday / Friday allowed although in-person working preferred)

Position Overview:
General Overview: Elevation Recruitment Group’s – Marketing Division are pleased to be working with a prestige award winning distributor, with a multi-brand portfolio range.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and have full autonomy to manage the marketing function to increase brand awareness and raise their high profile.
As head of our marketing department you will be expected to work with both the sales director and managing director to handle all aspects of the company’s marketing department, delivering impactful and successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will need to be a long-term strategic thinker, capable of handling multiple brands, delivering consistent marketing. You will need to be able to put in place strategies and work flows for multiple platforms and manage a small team.
You will lead individual projects and devise multiple strategies for each brand to increase D2C leads and conversion rates while maintaining a strong B2B presence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic full mix Marketing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive full mix marketing strategy that balances new customer acquisition with cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within the existing customer base.
- Use customer journey mapping to optimise lifecycle marketing and in-platform techniques to enhance engagement and revenue growth.
Revenue Growth and Commercial Impact:
- Drive revenue growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, advertising and sales packs, leaflets and product collateral with measurable success in both new business and customer expansion.
- Management of website and social media accounts
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Set and track KPIs for all campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimise marketing performance.
- Deliver regular reports and insights to the leadership team, demonstrating ROI and continuous improvement.
Team Growth and Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor growing marketing and sales teams
- Scale the team to meet business growth demands while maintaining efficiency and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Being a point of contact for all marketing enquiries within the company.
Stakeholder and Agency Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, UX, and development, to ensure the platform and website are user-friendly, accessible, and SEO-optimised.
- Manage external agency relationships for advertising products
The ideal candidate would have :
- 5–7+ years in a senior marketing role, with demonstrable success in growing small to mid-sized companies.
- Be able to demonstrate competence in a full mix marketing role.
- Have experience of use of Social Media, including campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
- Strong IT Skills with knowledge of analysis tools (Google/Social)
- Experience in a Multi brand marketing role
- Experience of growing a D2C customer base through multi channel campaign management
