Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with a valued Manufacturing client to recruit a Head of HR for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting at the end January 2025.
As the Head of HR , you'll have a high-impact role, leading and shaping people strategies across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you’ll work alongside the senior management team to help achieve key strategic goals.
This is a site based role.
This role offers a salary of up to £75,000 plus car allowance, and a robust benefits package that includes:

Duties & Responsibilities of the Head of HR will include:
- Developing and implementing a business aligned People Strategy aimed at supporting and enabling business goals
- Supporting the business' change programme with particular emphasis on creating a results orientated, positive and open culture
- Ensuring company practices are legislatively compliant and senior managers in the business understand their responsibilities in relation to this
- Establishing people metrics that can be reported on monthly, quarterly, and annually enabling informed business decision making
- Developing an annual Learning & Development Plan
- Reviewing, developing and maintain policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements
- Reviewing, developing and maintain the company’s reward and benefits structure
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, CIPD-qualified HR leader with at least five years in a senior generalist role. You should bring:
- A collaborative and commercial approach, with a track record of earning stakeholder respect
- Strong experience as a strategic HR partner in a fast-paced environment
- Background in Manufacturing or Engineering essential
- Strong, credible & professional communication skills, to influence senior leaders and employees
