Head of Continuous Improvement / Productivity Industry: Leading Industrial Organisation Location: Rotherham, Manchester, Birmingham or Ireland – Hybrid working available but travel between the multiple sites will be required. We’re partnering with a market-leading industrial organisation seeking a dynamic Head of Continuous Improvement to lead productivity, process optimisation, and performance transformation across the business. What You’ll Do: Lead high-impact productivity and process improvement initiatives across diverse business areas. Partner with senior leaders to identify and deliver opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and performance optimisation. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred) to deliver measurable, sustainable results. Influence and embed a culture of continuous improvement, driving change across teams and functions. Leverage data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions, business cases, and transformation roadmaps. Support automation, digital transformation, and process excellence initiatives. What We’re Looking For From Applicants: Proven track record in performance improvement, operational excellence, or large-scale project delivery. Lean Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt preferred). Industrial Gases or Chemical Manufacturing Background Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to lead without direct authority. A strategic, agile thinker who thrives in complex, matrixed environments.
