Salary: up to £45K per annum DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility but must support operations effectively.

Location: Head office in High Wycombe, but there is flexibility with location due to being based nationally.

This important role blends CRM Management and marketing for lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, a good communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively across departments. This is a varied role which will provide opportunities to work at group level alongside business managers, sales teams, external marketing partners, and customers. With the ability to combine knowledge of fire safety standards with modern marketing techniques, your position is key to our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Use high level CRM information to determine and implement effective marketing strategies that lead to new business opportunities in identified areas.
  • Marketing automation to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data.
  • Generate and analyse CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, targets for marketing campaigns, and assessing marketing campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and key business metrics.
  • Identify trends and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Work alongside sales colleagues to recognise opportunities to lead generation through multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of the latest CRM features, updates, and best practices to identify opportunities for system optimisation and improvement including automation of workflows.
  • Develop modern media to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, and communicate key metrics across the group.
  • Work with external marketing agencies to optimise online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate updates to the company websites and social media channels, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Devise and implement offline marketing strategies to improve the volume and quality of our pipeline.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role preferably within a similar service-based industry.
  • Experience of working within a regulated type of business.
  • Demonstrable success with digital media marketing.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • An initiative-taking approach with a focus on achieving results and driving growth.
  • Full driving licence.
