Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading healthcare and manufacturing business as they look to appoint a passionate and driven ESG & Sustainability Manager to help lead the charge toward a cleaner, greener future. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-led organisation with a genuine commitment to sustainability and innovation. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering ESG strategy and carbon reduction goals across their global operations.
- Location: Hybrid working with regular presence at either the Worksop or Greater Manchester
- Sector: Manufacturing / Healthcare
- Salary: up to £65,000 plus package
What you’ll be doing:
- Champion carbon reduction initiatives and lead impactful sustainability projects
- Manage ESG data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting
- Produce reports aligned with recognised ESG standards and frameworks
- Keep up to date with evolving legislation, funding, and best practices
- Engage and educate internal teams on sustainability priorities
- Develop internal targets and drive continuous ESG improvement
- Represent the business in industry and regulatory discussions
What we’re looking for:
- Degree-level education (preferably in a relevant discipline)
- Proven experience in a sustainability or ESG-related role
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Background in manufacturing or healthcare is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ESG data handling
