Elevation Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a Grimsby based manufacturer to recruit an Electrical Pump Engineer. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Fitter to join a well-established business.

  • Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm.
  • Salary: £40,000, with overtime available.
  • Location: Grimsby, with the role based on site in the workshop and occasional travel to other locations as required.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical fitting work on grey and black water pumps.
  • Work on the assembly, maintenance, repair and testing of pump systems within the workshop.
  • Support occasional site-based work at customer or company locations when required.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment and follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Fitter, Electrical Engineer or in a similar hands-on role.
  • Experience working with pumps, ideally grey water or black water systems.
  • Ability to fault find, repair and test electrical equipment.
  • A practical, reliable and flexible approach to work.
  • Willingness to work both in the workshop and occasionally at other sites.
  • Any relevant electrical qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.
