Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a well-established, global manufacturer who is looking to recruit an Indirect Buyer to join their procurement team. As the Indirect Buyer, you’ll play a key role in managing the procurement of indirect goods and services across the UK sites.

The Role
- Own and manage the procurement cycle for assigned indirect spend categories, from vendor sourcing through to contract execution
- Work closely with site teams and regional category managers to deliver requirements on time, within budget, and to specification
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best commercial terms, and manage ongoing supplier relationships and performance
- Handle transactional procurement through SAP and Ariba, keeping PR-to-PO flow and invoice resolution running smoothly
- Identify savings opportunities through benchmarking and close collaboration with local and regional procurement teams
- Embed SHE compliance and sustainability principles into all procurement activity
The Person
- Previous experience working within an industrial environment
- Strong background in CAPEX or MRO procurement (essential)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a drive to deliver best value
- Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (desirable)
