General overview:
Weβre looking for an eager-to-learn Graphic Designer to manage all group graphic design needs and act as a brand guardian for the group. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers autonomy and variety, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce all company catalogues, magazines, literature, and promotional materials using InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, graphics, and photography.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital media.
- Manage work priorities assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Provide additional support within the Group as required.
- Create designs for in-house POS and exhibition displays.
- Design for mixed media including social media, email, web, and sales collateral.
- Develop digital and printed designs, including onsite assets.
- Manage brand development and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team.
- Manage external resources such as video and photography.
- Work to tight deadlines to support marketing strategies.
Core Competencies
- Bachelor\’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic understanding of design principles.
