Head of Finance – South Yorkshire PE-backed | High Growth Environment
Are you ready to step up and take ownership of a full finance function in a fast-paced, growing business?
We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join a private equity–backed organisation at an exciting stage of its journey. Based in South Yorkshire, you’ll work closely with the CFO and play a key role in shaping the future of the company, leading a finance team that looks after multiple business units.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real breadth: you’ll be driving performance, embedding robust financial controls, and providing insight to senior leadership to support ambitious growth plans. Extensive business partnering will be a major part of your remit – influencing across the business, challenging and supporting decision-makers, and ensuring finance sits at the heart of strategic thinking.
We’re open to candidates from any sector, with experience in industrial or complex multi-entity environments particularly valued. We looking for someone who brings drive, adaptability, and the ambition to progress. This is a role designed for someone who wants to make an impact now while setting themselves up for long-term career growth in a PE environment.
