Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on a retained basis with Rompa as they look to recruit a Finance Manager to be based out of their modern offices in Chesterfield, S41. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to work in an autonomous and varied number 1 role in finance, responsible for 3 direct reports and work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team. This is a fantastic time to join the company as they look to grow the business, and this opportunity comes with genuine prospects to develop into a Finance Director role.

The Chesterfield site for Rompa provides the home for the entire business operations including: sales, business administration, design, installation, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics so it will enable this role to work in collaboration with all the business areas.
