Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business based in Doncaster that has a national presence.
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be working as part of the financial control team.
This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial control, regulatory reporting, statutory accounts and funding, working closely with FP&A, Finance Change, Treasury and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Owning monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
- Preparing and reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Delivering regulatory reporting
- Supporting statutory accounts and internal/external audits
- Managing the loan book funding process and liaising with Treasury
- Acting as the key finance contact for FP&A and Operations
- Driving process improvement across financial control and reporting
- Qualified accountant (2–3 years PQE or equivalent)
- Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
- Financial Services background, ideally with regulatory reporting exposure
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data handling capability
- SAP experience preferred
