Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business based in Doncaster that has a national presence.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be working as part of the financial control team.

This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial control, regulatory reporting, statutory accounts and funding, working closely with FP&A, Finance Change, Treasury and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
  • Preparing and reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Delivering regulatory reporting
  • Supporting statutory accounts and internal/external audits
  • Managing the loan book funding process and liaising with Treasury
  • Acting as the key finance contact for FP&A and Operations
  • Driving process improvement across financial control and reporting
  • Qualified accountant (2–3 years PQE or equivalent)
  • Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
  • Financial Services background, ideally with regulatory reporting exposure
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data handling capability
  • SAP experience preferred
