Finance Business Partner Location: Leeds ( Agile Working with 2 days in the office) Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 Elevation Senior Finance is currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on behalf of an Innovative organisation based in Leeds. If you are a commercially focused accountant with a passion for adding value to the wider business, then this is a fantastic and exciting opportunity within a fast-paced global business. You will be working closely with senior management to increase the company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan. Along with being involved in the commercial decision making which will shape the path the business takes over the next few years. Duties & Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner: Manage the Bids and Tenders process from the Finance perspective, providing detailed analysis and pricing recommendations, where required Providing key financial data and insights Identify and report on KPI metrics that underpin business performance Manage and develop the Finance team Manage the day-to-day running of the Finance function Oversight and management of major sales contracts Annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasting and Trading reviews Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with Commercially Focused or Finance Business Partner candidates with the following skills and experiences: Experience of leading and mentoring high performing Finance teams CIMA, ACCA OR ACA Qualified Experience of contract management A strong sense of commercial acumen Diligent attention to detail A proven track record of communicating and challenging senior leaders Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reporting/presentations on time Extensive knowledge of profit and loss accounting and the accounting treatments for financial transactions Elevation Accountancy & Finance is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on the recruitment of talented Accountancy and Finance professionals across all levels, from Ledger Clerks through to Financial Directors in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
