Finance Business Partner – Multi-Site | Halesowen

£75,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across three UK sites . As the business continues to grow through innovation, strategic investment, and acquisitions, your commercial insight will have a direct impact on outcomes. You’ll work closely with Managing Directors and operational leaders across the UK, acting as a trusted advisor to challenge assumptions, enhance visibility, and drive performance. The role is based in Halesowen, with regular travel to the other sites (approximately once per month at each site) required .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with strategy and business goals.
  • Provide insightful financial modelling, analysis, and scenario planning to support bids, tenders, and strategic decision-making.
  • Consolidate and interpret data from multiple ERP and reporting systems, driving consistency and improved reporting standards.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools using Power BI to enhance business insight and performance tracking.
  • Act as a commercial partner to senior leaders, influencing operational and strategic decisions.
  • Provide commercial support on contracts, pricing, and business case development.
  • Support post-acquisition integration, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, process improvements, and value creation.

About You

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced data analysis skills.
  • Confident in working with multiple systems and leveraging tools such as Power BI.
  • Commercially astute, proactive, and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly across sites in the South of England.
