Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling collections and payments from members promptly and efficiently
- Reconciling payments to suppliers against member collections and ensuring timely payments
- Reconciling statements and resolving queries promptly
- Managing audit requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Acting as a quality control checkpoint for evidence before forwarding to suppliers
- Assisting in the maintenance and development of systems
- Supporting month-end close, credit control, and providing crucial holiday cover
