Elevation Recruitment Group are once again partnering with a global business in the search for a Category Marketing Specialist. The role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies for the health division, with a specialised focus within the business.
We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual with a proven track record in implementing a category strategy, ideally within the healthcare or workspace environments. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for identifying market opportunities, understanding consumer needs, and crafting effective marketing plans.
In this role, you will:
- Implement category strategies, ensuring prioritisation of focus areas.
- Oversee all marketing activities for the division, including campaigns, promotions, and sales tools.
- Ensure effective communication of messaging to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing progress and project results.
- Lead market research efforts to evaluate current and potential marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal Marcoms team and external agencies as needed to deliver marketing activities.
- Manage photography/video shoots, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to execute effective strategies.
- Monitor and analyse campaign data to evaluate marketing success.
- Work with Category Product Manager to identify new product ideas.
- Prepare key presentations and launch documents in collaboration with the product team.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
- Develop category expertise and stay informed about industry trends.
