We are seeking an experienced and driven Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join a leading organisation within the metals and manufacturing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver the company’s HSE vision, ensuring a culture of compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement across operations.

The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
- Lead the deployment of all HSE strategies, policies, and programmes.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice.
- Oversee governance audits, incident investigations, and compliance reporting.
- Drive cultural change through proactive employee engagement and shop floor presence.
- Represent the company in communications with regulatory bodies.
- Deliver effective HSE training and coaching across all levels of the workforce.
Key Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent postgraduate OH&S qualification).
- 5+ years in a management-level HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience in process safety and high-hazard industries is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
